2002 Lexus RX 300 Replaced Right Front Window Motor

Replaced the window motor with a rebuilt one. Now the window move up and down okay. BUT once it hits the top w/ automatic open, it just bounces back down to the middle and leaves it halfway open. Then I have to manually click up the switch until it closes all the way up. If your advice is successful I would gladly be willing to donate. Please provide advice/instructions on how to fix (program, reset the motor). Preventing the Window from bounces back down to the middle and leave it halfway open.

There are many different ways of resetting the window motor and some works while others do not.
One way I have tried is to wind up the window and unplug the motor connectors immediately when the the glass hits the top. Reconnect the connectors and retest if it works.
