Why won't car idle?

I just took my car out of storage where it had been for 6 weeks or so. The battery was dead so we jumped it to get it started. It died twice before I could get it home (2 miles). I charged the battery all night, and had it checked today, it is fine, but the car will not idle, and it kills when you are at a stoplight. Have to give it gas to keep it running. It ran fine before putting it in storage. What could be the problem?

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve to include the MAF sensor-battery being dead is like a disconnected battery-who knows it might have to go thru an idle relearning
