Squealing, very hard to turn steering wheel, shaking

I was backing out of the drive way and it's like the steering wheel gets very hard to turn and I hear this squealing noise under the hood, and when I look there it's right around the belt area.

Thank you, just went and got it looked at turns out air got into the steering fluid and formed a bubble and stopped the flow.
