Squealing, very hard to turn steering wheel, shaking

I was backing out of the drive way and it's like the steering wheel gets very hard to turn and I hear this squealing noise under the hood, and when I look there it's right around the belt area.

Check belt and fluid level

thank you, just went and got it looked at turns out air got into the steering fluid and formed a bubble and stopped the flow.
