After fueling engine won't start

I have an 02 jeep liberty sport and every single time I add gas it wont start up for like 10 mins what could it be? It doesn't want to turn over at all after adding gas every time. I don't understand.

Could be a problem within the evaporative control system-Might also want to do below

IF YOU SHUT IT DOWN---REMOVE THE GAS CAP---FOR X MINUTES

DO NOTHING ELSE EXCEPT REPLACE THE GAS CAP

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU TRY TO FIRE IT UP?
