If I put stop leak into oil would that stop it for a few days. Just found out I might have gas leaking into oil. If I take it to shop it will sit in for 2 days but I'm going camping and don't wanna miss it. If its in shop for 2 days. So if I just put stop leak in it will at least help it make it thru labor day weekend.

All that will accomplish is to do a lot of permanent damage to your engine.

OK, is the camping trip worth a $5000 repair. If it's worth that much to you go right ahead and drive it.

If you want to use some common sense, go rent a car.

Thank you. Just one more part if there was a gas leaking into oil. Wouldnt check engine light come on or not. And do you need check engine light on to use that diagnostic tool they have.
