If you're talking about the valve springs on the cylinder head-you need a valve compressor -check tool rental place-or the springs on the struts-

Thank you, I got the tool already, however I need to know how to take it of, and what pressure does it need to be in to put it back together. I need to know what pressure do the springs go on , and also the plastic things the springs sit on.

You just need to compress the springs enough to re fit the collets.
