My Accord 2002 has idle vibration and is it the problem coming from the crankshaft out of time?

While the engine is running, it shaking a little bit, the mechanic of dealer will fix it on Jan/27/2012, BUT HE is still do not understanding or knowing about the reason of cause BEFORE he open up the timing bell room to check the crankshaft and he just guess that it probably causing by crankshaft out of time. I just ask to see if you can give me a clear answer before the day of fixing ( jan/27th/2012). I am appreciate of your help. Thanks.

Could be the ignition timing is off, needs a tune-up, etc-also refer to this link: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-vibration-at-idle

Vibration during idle is not from crankshaft out of time. Most likely due to idling speed too low coupled with bad engine mounts.
