Headlight bulbs don't last very long

I have to replace each (dipped) bulb around 3 times per year. They don't both blow at the same time.

Check the ground circuit and the charging system, alternator could be producing excessive voltage and headlight switch

Ensure the replacement bulbs are of OEM quality. Anything lesser would have such tendencies.
