Hello I have a 2002 Honda Accord Cp v6 EX with a Squeaking Noise coming from Driver Side Front Wheel Area. The noise comes and goes, one week I’ll hear it, the next week nothing. It sounds like a rusty door hinge and a bit of a grinding sound. It’s most audible when going over speed bumps, dips in road, potholes, and when turning into parking spots. I can also hear it when I push on the driver side hood. Last month I had the right from axel assembly replaced and both front struts, boots and bumpers replaced by our local mechanic (about $1k total), and I didn’t hear it for a week and just yesterday the noise started up again. Also, my engine and transmission mounts are somewhat worn and need to be replaced (not sure if that would cause the noise). Any ideas? Would it be ok if I waited a month or so to replace whatever it is? I’m really strapped after spending $1k last month on the aforementioned repairs. Also, if you have an idea of what it is, I’d appreciate an estimate. Thanks in advance for the advice.

The noise should most likely be from the upper or lower control arm bushes. It should not be anything critical at the moment.
