Loaned car to a friend who decided to replace the stereo. Lights on dash lit up, cruise control wouldn't work. Replaced stereo. Car wouldn't start. Replaced fuel filter. Error code for crank angle sensor, replaced. Car will crank over but won't start. Not firing.

V6 or V8, are you still getting the CAS code? Check that the segments on the harmonic balance are not damaged, do a code clear and a re start then check for any fresh codes, report what you find.
