I just did a new short block and new injectors in my 2002 duramax and now number 2 and 7 are showing +15 and all the rest are showing -7 and I was wondering if I had the ficm grounded if it would cause this

Lets back up. Was this an issue prior to the engine replacement?

If it was grounded it would be on all not just 2. Did you have the injectors serviced while they were out?

They are brand new injectors the truck is in Limp Mode when it dose that and I was wondering if that the ficm being grounded could cause it to be in limp mode

Yes, it definitely could be. I would re check your wiring to confirm and let a shop with a scan tool verify this before throwing the ficm at it.

I have my own scan tool but the codes it sets off are just cause of the truck being in limp mode. Any thing else that would cause this that u can think of
