I have a 2002 GMC Envoy SLT with 96K miles and there are times when accelerating that it begins to accelerate and then will stop for 5 seconds and then kicks in. Its been att he dealer numerous times with no avail. THey can't find anything wrong. I had the transmission fluid flushed, transfer case fluid changed and differential fluid changed. Then it started to stall out on while driving and it would run rough at times. If you just barely touched the gas pedal it would idle rough and almost choke off. What coulsd be the issue here? There are no codes or lights on either.

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up??

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
