My 2002 ford focus zx5 DOHC 5 speed buzzes or vibrates when it is cold, but once it gets to operating temperature, the vehicle does not buzz or vibrate anymore. This all happens while driving, by the way.

Sounds like you've got a loose heat shield or other metal rubbing. Does the buzz change pitch wen you speed up or even go away at a certain speed? Does the vibration get more pronounced if you raise the rpms?

I take it back, my focus is vibrating and buzzing all the time now, warm or cold. It only does it while in motion. It doesn't matter which speed I'm going or how pronounced the rpm's are.

Id say you have a wheel bearing going bad. Lift each tire off the ground and rotate them and listen and feel for a quiet growl sound
