2002 Ford Focus EVAP not ready

2002 Ford Focus ZX3. Evap system wont go into ready mode to pass smog. Bought a new gas cap, replaced the canister vapor solenoid with one from the salvage yard tesed seems to be working. Replaced the Evap return valve with one from the salvage yard again seems to be working. System seem to hold pressure what else could it be

No there is no check engine light or any codes displayed when I run a scanner. I am thinking maybe the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor could be bad is there a way I can check that?

A little more information. The Gas cap light came on and it did throw a code P0455 Gross Leak. I replaced the gas cap and cleared the code. Drove the car for 6 drive cycles and was able to are other items to Ready status. Now when I run the scanner it shows 0 codes and 1 Inc (EVAP) and 7 Ready.
