Ford 2002 F-150 question

On a 2002 ford f150 v8 its xl my rear left turn and brake dont work but everything elses on the truck works. Inside the truck the left turn flashes real quick. Keep in mind not outside it only flashes inside. What can I do I have cut into the wires throughout the truck and still dont have power it has to be a relat or a switch plz help and thank you.

The fast flash usually indicates a burnt out bulb. If the circuit has an open, that is what will happen. If you cut the wires, that will cause it to. You need to check and repair the wires that you cut as well as check the bulbs to make sure they are good.
