Truck cranks but, won't start.

Is not getting fuel or spark. Can jump fuel pump relay and get it to pump. Doesn't seem to have power to pcm relay.

Check the EEC relay under the hood. Also, check ASD.

The pcm and the fuel pump relay check out ok. Where is the eec relay. The ones I can find are in the fuse box under the hood.

The eec (electronic engine control) should be under the hood in the relay box.
