I just put a new torque converter in my2002 f150 2wd v6 with r70 trans. I also had the tranni rebuilt. It ran great for a few hundred miles but now the engine shudders and chugs when I accelerate from a stop. Once im moving it runs fine and only does this in gear, not in park or neutral I know its not the cats cause I pulled the o2 sensors and it still did it

I would suspect a bad coil or wire you need to pin this problem down to one cylinder. And go from there.

Coil primary and secondary resistances tested well as well as wires, spark plugs are a little worse for wear, will replace and see.
