REAR END LEAKING FLUID WHATS WRONG?

Seems to be leaking from where the drive shaft connects to the rear end.

Pinion seal failure. Common repair.

About 150 for the repair

The big nut requires a lot of torque with an air gun. I suggest letting a shop do it
