Loud knocking noise coming from the back

In my 2002 Ford Explorer V6 XLT, I am hearing this loud knocking noise coming from the very back under the Lock/Unlock switch in the side panel of my I have a Subwoofer that sits by where the clicking is occurring, maybe the magnet in the Subwoofer is affecting this clicking noise?

Noise problem is something that we are unable to assist much as without the physical vehicle, it is impossible to understand what and where the noise is coming from.

You would have to detect the source and after that if you need advice on how to resolve the problem, we might be able to help.
