2002 Ford Explorer rear Window

The rear window of my 2002 Explorer fell and according to the mechanic the wire that holds the window up broke. How can I find this piece and or does it com included if I were to buy the whole motor for the window?
There is a lose piece that you can see in the photo that btw, looks broken on the tip as well. The motor works fine but I don't know what to buy.
Also I would like a picture that shows the mechanics and parts of the window panel thing.

Your going to have to replace the whole regulator when piece's break on it you replace the regulator. So you want a diagram of the regulator?
