When going down the interstate check transmission light comes on and o/d flashes, replaced valve body and solinoid, and it still happens, what to do now? Vehicle appears to be running correctly.

Ford dealership diagnosed it as the Valve Body, code p 1037? not sure, its not on any of the recipts, went in and replaced it and the torque converter solenoid, and everything is still as it was when i took it in, minus $1,800
