2002 Explorer rear end viberation

When I go to accelerate it feels like its vibrating and when I turn it viberates or grinds but stops vibrating when I let off the gas

Someone needs to get the truck up on a lift and examine it. It could be a bad u-joint, a bad pinion bearing or even a wheel bearing. Most likely is the pinion bearing at the differential;

If you have a noise when turning check the front drive shafts, if you hear a knock type nose it may be a failed CV joint.
