I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4.7 and recently my oil pressure would just drop while driving, I changed the oil and the filter and still the same thing. What could be going on to cause the pressure to just drop like that?

There's no noise and it will go down when idling, it only goes back up when I start moving; and once i've been going for a while it drops again.
