I think my motor has blowed up due to over heating from being ran with no coolent. It will start but it will not idol I have to rev the motor in order to keep it running. When it is running it knocks really bad and causes a lot of viberation. While I was driving it right before this happend it started knocking lightly and got worse as it went. Within 30 min it had got extremly bad and had very little power when I would try to exelerate. I dont know what the problem could be or if it can be fixed cheaper than replacing it with a used motor.

If you ran it that long overheating, chances are it will be cheaper to replace the engine. The knocking is most likely from rod and main bearings. The fact that you need to keep rev the engine to keep it running tells me other internal damage has happened (head gasket, intake gasket.) Because I am not there to actually hear it, I would recommend having a mechanic you trust listen to it. But if I am correct, try to find a good low mileage engine in a salvage yard and replace it.
