When it dies and won't restart, you need to check to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine. One will be missing. Once you identify that, you will know what circuit to focus on. I will assume you replaced the relay that is clicking, especially if it is for the fuel pump.

It restarts after it cools down. The fuel pump keeps running. I have put a crank sensor and coil on it, and the fuel pump.

Are you losing spark or fuel pressure? Also, have you checked to make sure the injectors are getting power and working?

If it is getting spark and fuel, it has to run. Check injectors to make sure they are getting power.
