I need to replace the rear load leveler shocks. One of them blew out. I know nothing about cars and I was quoted $150.00 per shock. Just curious how many labor hours I should be charged for the job? Can you help? Is the price I was given for the shocks reasonable? Thanks for your help.

Yes, that is pretty reasonable. The labor for both is probably about an hour and a half which could be as much as $200.00 depending on their labor rate.
