SHOULD EVERY INJECTOR HAVE A RETURN FLOW TUBE ON DEISEL ENGINE

We do not have any info on these engines, but normally mechanical injectors will have an excess fuel return rail, single or common rail injectors(electronic type) will not as the fuel rail is looped back, I will see if I can finds any exact information on line.
