Will 41te trans off 01 Caravan 3.3L motor work in place of a 41te in a 02 Town and Country 3.8L

I have a 02 town and country with 3.8 motor and 4 speed trans. The trans went out I can get a compleat 01 caravan with a 3.3 for 600 that got t-boned. My question is will the 3.3 trans fit my 3.8 motor or have any problems with wireing I know the 41te in the trans that comes in both. Thanks in advance

I can only tell you this if they were both 3.3 or both 3.8 engines they would work. Why they wont work cant tell you all I can say is there different part number transmissions.
