Where can I find the ECM on a Chrysler Sebring 2002 v6 3.0L? I have looked through many sites and an online Chilton manual, but the computer is not in the same location as the 4 cylinder models. I have checked under the hood near the fuse box and just about everywhere else under the hood; it isn't behind the glove box either. I've tried referencing 2002 Dodge Stratus as well with similar results.

It's behind the dash on the passenger side or under the hood they put them in two different places. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

I had come to the same conclusion and found the same picture you referenced. I removed the glove box and part of the center console but the picture doesn't match what I see and there is no ecm visable.

Hello,

it looks like there is two different locations because ALLDATA puts it int he engine compartment on the left side check out the diagrams below.

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers, Ken

We must be looking at different Alldata. I just checked again and both the Coupe LX and LXI are at the right kick panel. The sedan and convertible are entirely different cars.
The front ECU shown in the diagram is a Body Control Module.
