Car Problem

So when I tried to turn my car on it wouldn't but the lights and radio did turn on I took the battery to get checked and it was perfectly fine huh so could it be my starter?

It could be do you have a multimeter to trace power?

You got a lot of checking to do-Here's your checklist

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connections are good.
