I just replaced both upstream sensors. Reset the codes and 2 days later I'm still getting P 0132 P 0152. Don't understand the sensors are brand new why are they reading that they're broke

If lthese are bosch sensors replace with factory ones, seems those will set this code. Otherwise there is short someplace like a burned wire etc.

The code doesn't tell you what to replace. Only that the system thinks there is a problem on that circuit. You need to check 02 sensor wiring circuits. A circuit could be shorted to voltage? Could be an open circuit, somewhere?
