2002 Chrysler 300 Heater/engine/Smell help!

My car is a chrysler 300m. Friday it started sounding weird and when I turned it off I heard a funny sound. I turned it back on n it didnt want to start then after awhile it did. I didnt drive it all all saturday. On sunday (today) I drove it and my heat was not working anymore funny smell came through the vent when I was tryna get it to work and when I got out the car I smelled a burnt smell I could also see a lil smoke coming from under the hood and when I turned my car off it sounded weird n horrible. Any suggestions of ehat possiby could be going wrong.

Did you look under the hood, could you tell the location of the smoke? The burning smell may be electrical wires burning. I wouldn't drive it till you find the issue. You might unplug the battery ground, just to be safe.

Take a look at your ignition switch connector/wiring, anything melted or burned?

I'm not much good with funny sounds?
