2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer Driving Work Yesterday Started Knocking Really Bad

was driving to work yesterday. it started knocking
really bad. no warnings came on except. stop
engine then went away. oil pressure was good above
40lbs. i honestly think it sounds like a valve floating. if i bring the rpms up a lil bit noise tends to go away.
