The engine runs great at speed or when cold

The engine runs great at speed or when cold. It also runs great in park or neutral when hot or cold. When hot and in drive it idles very rough especially when an electrical load is added to the idling engine. A slight touch on the accelerator smooths it out. What are the possible causes and what is the fix?

Vacuum leaks. Have it checked to see if any hoses are broken or off.

The throttle body could be the issue as well.

Thanks Roy. I have checked for vacuum leaks and even sprayed ether in the engine compartment, no increase in RPMs. What should I look for in the throttle body?
