Do I need an alignment after changing trailing arm.

Yes. It is best to get a 4 wheel alignment as even though there is no difference in length the new bushings and of course after a year you should align the suspension anyway if you live anywhere where there are potholes. It is worth the money to save on suspension components and tires wearing out prematurely.
