Our front seats in our conversion van will no longer heat our seats. We have checked all fuses under the dash and in the engine compartment. There are no in-line fuses in the wiring under the front seats. Can you tell me where the fuse might be located.

Does the switch for the seat heater have a light on it? If so, does it light up when you turn it on?

I don't see that the vehicle was factory equipped with heated seats. If it is a custom conversion van, you will need to contact the conversion installer to obtain wiring schematics and fuse locations. There should be a decal on the driver door opening area with the company information on it.
