I own a 2002 v6 3.8 liter Camaro it has a ticking noise that comes from the driver side cylinder head i can pin point the noise and were its coming from and its horrifically loud on a cold start but quits down when warm I'm not sure if its a lifter or rocker?

It accelerates as i push on the gas i have tried lucas but nothing else and no codes are being thrown from the computer?

Great site , I love it :-)

Could be a valve lifter problem-try engine flush, oil and filter change and see what happens
