My turn signal switch is not working on lower speed only on high speed and I ready change the switch I put a brand new switch already and stell work on high speed what do you guys think is the problem.

If your turn signals are blinking fast then you've got bulbs out or if you've replaced regular bulbs with LED's then they will cause that too

Yeah but I was talking the wipers you know thas the only works on high speed Nat a low speed turn signal left and right is working very good you know.

I'm not where I can get the info right now but I'm sure there's a wiper control module that controls the slower speeds
