2002 Buick Century Car shuts off

I need help when I start my car to drive its normal but once I put it in drive it turns off and starts to jerk really bad. It works in all other gears except drive I've had the spark plugs changed the first time it did it to me and its been working for like 3 weeks now and started back shutting off on me today

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to determine / identify trouble codes. Also, you should check the fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within spec.
