My transmission was rebuilt last June 2011; the noise I hear is inconsistent but getting worse, it started about 2 months ago. When I hear the noise it seems to be coming from under the car because I feel it vibrating under the gas peddle. The car can be cold or hot, it doesn't matter and I am starting to feel the vibration in 4th gear and I hear a slight noise, not as bad as in 5th gear. I took it to the mechanic that replaced the tranny, he claims he can't hear or feel anything. The warranty is up in June so if this is the tranny I want to get it replaced before the warranty is up. Is this a transmission issue or something else?
