The previous owner had the car lowered, is it possible to undo this? If so approximately how much might it cost me?

The previous owner could have lowered the car by installing special (lowering) struts assemblies, by cutting the existing springs, or by using "drop" spindles (if they are available for your car).

You'll have to reverse whatever the owner did. Have a shop to look at it to see what's been changed from the factory setup. Then you'll know what part(s) have to be purchased and installed.

To replace all four springs. If you go aftermarket on the cheaper side with labour you are looking around the $1000-$1500 mark, it depends if you need new front struts.
