Very poor AM/FM radio reception with Sony.

Very poor AM/FM radio reception with Sony Bluetooth audio system (MEXBT2700) installed. Would replacing the Antenna improve reception? If so. What Antenna would be best? THANKS!

I would first ensure that the antenna connections are clean and tight and that it is earthed soundly.
