2001 Toyota Tazz oil lamp

The oil indication lamp appear when i press the clutch pedal to change gears. there is sufficient oil in the engine though.

The oil warning light refers to oil pressure, not volume. At the mileage you listed worn engine bearings would be the logical suspect but the sending unit could just be defective. Your mechanic will start by checking the actual oil pressure with a mechanical gauge.
