Hi, I have Toyota Echo 2001 model. Now I want to change its rear struts. When I try to remove its upper nuts its cant remove, becos those nuts rotate with strut rode. How I overcome this issue and remove that uppre nuts? Is there any tools for hold that strut rode steadily?

With the strut springs compressed with special spring compressors, you can often just take them off by using a set of vice clamps to hold the shaft or use an impact gun to take the nuts off, new struts normally have a milled square end or a hex socket insert to hold the shaft, do not use clamps on the new shaft to hold it.
