Oil light comes on and making noise in the oil.

Oil light comes on and making noise in the oil pump and replace oil pump first two week is look ok and I replace valve cover gasket I start the engine for 3-5 min the oil light comes on again and making noise again in the same area what could be the problem

What sort of noise can you describe it, get the oil pressure tested first, if a hollow knocking noise do not run or drive as this may be a failed bearing.
