In cold weather, my Subaru releases a gasoline smell on the inside. I have taken it in but the mechanics always say they can't smell it but anyone else the rides in my car notices every time it is cold.

My car gives off a gasoline smell in cold weather.

Is this when the windows are up? if so could be the evap canister, when a valve goes bad it can suck fuel into it which is then noticeable from passengers.
