2001 Saturn SL2 Check Engine P410 and P133

2001 Saturn SL2 1.9 Liter Auto 104K miles. My check engine light is on and I have DTC code P410. It has something to do with the Air Injection Reactor Management. I need to drill down on this message and figure out how to fix the problem. I am trying to get the car to pass an inspection. Earlier, I had message P133 (Oxygen Sensor Slow Response Sensor 1 ) but I cleared the codes and this one has not came back for now. I drove the car for 10-15 miles and P410 comes back on. Help.

Just to add to this one the code p0133 will come back some are slow to come back some aren't. That is usually a bad front o2 sensor the one screwed into the exhaust manifold. To save yourself some money you can get the one that you would use your old o2 sensor connector. You just need a pair of crimpers and stripers its only one wire.I would replace it since your car is up for smog. Now for your code P0410 you have a linar combo valve bad news for your do it your selfer thats the valve with the big hose going to it from your air pump. You need a tech2 scan tool with the special tests software to open that valve run the air pump etc to test different things on the air injection system. When you start the car cold can you hear your air pump kick on for about 30 seconds then turn off?Also you have own the car for a while and it hasn't had a engine replaced or the air pump hose's messed with?Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
