I have replaced the egr valve, the tps sensor, the crankshaft sensor, along with a tune up plugs, wires and now the engine is every time it starts at around 3,000 rpms for quite some time if it goes down at all I have also replaced the coil not that it would do this just letting you know, I was told the idle control valve but would like a second opinion, I have checked for vaccum leaks but nothing that I could tell, any ideas tired of just throwing money at it.

Have you checked to see if that short s shaped hose from the intake manifold to the pcv isn't colapsed or has a hole in it?Its really common for that to happen on that car. Also the intake manifold gaskets leak around the number one cylinder area which is by the power steering pump area.
