Rover 45 water leak

Hi I have a 1.4 yreg rover 45 which is losing water the head has been done about 5 months ago now i'm losing water the tank is empty every morning and having to put in about 2/4 litres every day can anyone help with a solution

You need to remove all the spark plugs and pressure test the cooling system. Keep pressure on the system until the leak appears. If you see it losing pressure and see no sign of leak yet, try spinning the engine over without the plugs and see if it spits any coolant from any of the cylinders.
