Garage has put new wheel bearing on and change front axle but still noise when driving straight and turning left?

Inspect the driveaxles Joints/Boots, also if its install properly

Thank you for replying so quickly. But I have, nt a clue about the mechanical workings inside the car! I don, t suppose your able to upload a pic of what/how it should look like?
